DF: Interview with a Dusk Mate

Drawing in engraving style is actually pretty fun~

A'ight, so what's happening here:
I had a human adventurer that had a strong curiosity, and after I found a Dusk Mate's lair, I decided to have him peek in, for RP reasons.
Sure enough, he found a Dusk Mate, and stood behind some kind of furniture (I don't remember), waiting for his doom. But for whatever reason, the monster just wouldn't walk around the obstacle. So in his last few minutes of life, he decided to talk to the monster.
It answered whatever questions he had, answering with a surprising amount of politeness.
But as soon as he crept towards the door, the Dusk Mate bee-lined to him and killed him near instantly.


Also, "Pebu" is the human word for "Word". It's just an equivalent of them saying "blah blah blah..."
